14.08.2017 During the month of march 2017 preliminary soil treatments and excavations were conducted in order to prepare the land for the beginning of the construction phase. This was done in order to allow the examination of the state of the soil through geological surveys as well as by evaluating with specialists the actual construction requirements in agreement with the conditions of the land by optimising the project in any possible way. Furthermore, since the site is located near archaeological sites, a first survey was conducted during the excavations with the Cantonal Archaeological Service to exclude the presence of archaeological findings, this way preventing possible delays to the construction site during the future edification of the buildings.
